01 Precision Blanking of Thin, Hard Materials
A technology refined since our founding through blanking camera aperture blades. Blanking of hardened ribbon steel t0.04–0.05 mm, stainless steel (SUS301CSP / SUS304CSP) flat springs, and full-perimeter shearing of aluminum A5052P to minimize burrs and dents — the more difficult the material, the more we can offer.
02 Integrated Production from Die to Mass Production
We design and build our dies in-house and feed mass-production results back into the next design. Stamping, cleaning, surface treatment, caulking and simple assembly, and inspection with vision measuring systems are all managed in-house. From a single prototype to mass production.
03 Same Quality in Japan and Thailand
Our production base in Ayutthaya, Thailand, was established in 1999. It performs 15–200 ton stamping and die manufacturing to the same quality standards as Japan. We can advise whether production in Japan or Thailand suits your needs.
